Terms & Conditions

1. Subject

These Terms & Conditions define the services provided by Zhanna Ognivo as a photographer.

2. Booking

A photoshoot is confirmed after agreement via message (WhatsApp, email or other agreed communication).

3. Pricing

Prices are indicated on the website and may be updated at any time.
The applicable price is the one confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of booking.
The session may be paid fully or partially in advance.

5. Photoshoot

The photographer guides the client throughout the session (posing, direction, atmosphere).
The duration is approximate and may vary slightly.

6. Delivery

Photos are delivered in digital format via a private online gallery.
Delivery time is usually between 3 to 7 days.

7. Retouching

Selected images are edited in a natural and refined style.
Additional images can be purchased.

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

In case of cancellation or rescheduling, the client is requested to inform as soon as possible.
A new date may be offered depending on availability.

9. Liability

The photographer cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond control (weather, delays, force majeure).

10. Copyright

All images remain the property of the photographer.
The client receives a personal usage license.

11. Acceptance

Booking a session implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
